Meet the Artist

My name is Barbara Joann Combs, and I'm from Los Angeles, California. Since I was a young girl, I've had a passion for sketching with a pencil and experimenting with everyday items to create artistic pieces. I particularly enjoyed turning soda can pull tabs and gum wrappers into unique works of art. One of my favorite creations was a gum wrapper chain that looped endlessly into a circle. That love of creating continues in each artwork I make.
