aFlowers | Rose, 11" x 14" x 3/4", Acrylic on Canvas, 2022
First signs of Spring and warmer weather are seeing the leaves of flowering bulbs peeking out of the brown earth. Flowers are such a joy to look at and some are full of pleasant fragrance.
While cultivating for beauty and hardiness, fragrance has been lost in most cut roses made for bouquets. Buying roses in 5 gallon pots and growing them yourself is the best way to capture that rich fragrance of roses. And yellow roses seem to have the riches smell.
D-Rings and wire have been attached for immediate hanging or you may choose to place it in a frame.
